Terrible website. Bad company to bet with. The prices are shorter than other bookmakers. When joining, I was asked code for a bonus which I had no idea what it was. After completing the registration, was told it's too late to earn bonus because I didn't put the code in... so I asked what is the code? The response was hilarious 😂, she told me i have to request it !!! So I began to wander if they're based in uk because the mentality was very odd, clearly. I received no reply in the chat. Fast forward to another moment, I had e/w doubles on two horses, first one won, the 2nd one came 5th across all other bookmakers, they marked it as a losing bet.. I asked why? There was 23 runners in the race, was told they only pay top 4. Anyway so I decided to have a bet on two tennis matches in a double, the bet would not go through for almost 30 seconds until the prices went right down, then the bet was accepted.

This website is a con, please do not use them. Rude, arrogant and 100% cheat.

Stay away at all costs I just cancelled my account today absolute criminals that should be investigated. THEY OFFERED ME SEVERAL PROMOTIONS VIA SMS AND EMAIL. EVENTUALLY I CHOSE TO ACCEPT ONE TODAY 06/04/2026. I FOLLOWED THE LIINK FROM THE SMS TOOK ME TO LOG IN THEN STRAIGHT TO THE DEPOSIT PAGE. I PUT £10 DEPOSIT (NO BONUS WAS AVAILABLE), I CHANGED IT TO £20 (HIT THE FIND A BONUS OPTION) bonus code was automatically entered only being the 1 that appeared into the bonus code box EGG77. IT ACCEPTED THE BONUS CODE BY WAY OF A SUCCESSFUL DEPOSIT.
THE ONLY GAME/SLOT OFFERED FOR THIS PROMOTION WAS SURPRISE EGG, DURING GAME PLAY APPEARED WAS THE FIRST OBSTRUCTION STATING "YOUR GAME HAS EXPIRED AND YOU HAVE BEEN LOGGED OUT". (this appeared umpteen times throughout the entire paly). ANOTHER obstructive message then appeared after logging back in stating " YOU HAVE REACHED YOUR LOSS LIMIT, HOWEVER BECAUSE YOUR BALANCE IS LESS THAN £10 WHICH IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR WITHDRAWAL WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO CONTINUE TO PLAY YOUR BALANCE!".

DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS "CIRCUS ACT!"???
