It was great, especially for our 6 year old. The pilot was super friendly with the boy and made sure that he was not nervous or scared about the ride.

Helicopters are really small!!!! I e toured the GC b4 in much larger/roomier - for the money ($300 each!!). I don't think the value was good. We were squished in like sardine can and it was not comfortable at all for the 70 min flight. I was literally up against pilots arm 🙄. It felt like a chug along train. However the people/staff were really nice as was the pilot. I would not recommend though bc of the tight squeeze. Spend the extra $$ for bigger chopper.
Plus it took forever to get checked in.

The information provided that it would be an hour tour. The tour wasn't an hour. Information should be provided that the hour consistent of check in time, waiting to be called.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I made an online reservation ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE to celebrate a birthday, several hours later, we got a call saying it was a mistake, they were actually sold out. Then the guy that called told me 'our online system doesn't actually know what the live system has available'. I could maybe understand if this happened with a third party, but this was the actual 5 Star website offering tickets that weren't actually available. The guy sounded used to having to make these calls, I guess this is just business as usual for 5 Star Helicopters.

Outstanding experience overall! Limo drivers were timely and courteous hotel door to the airport. Our pilot was safe, entertaining and knowledgeable. Views were breathtaking! This is the absolute best way to see the Grand Canyon! Highly recommend 5 Star.

The whole experience was great, from making online reservations straight from their web page. To getting a Uber to their location. Checking was professional and polite. The instructions were knowledgeable and friendly. The ride was 15 min great views. The pilot did not speak he was focused on flying. If you follow all their instructions everything will go smooth. Will definitely recommend. Beats going to the observation deck and gondolas.

Got a ride to and from hotel to the airport for take off and landing. On time and very friendly. The pilot was very informative and considerate. Wouldn't have changed a thing. Recommended for all ages!

The entire experience was incredible. The pilot made the trip even better with his knowledge of Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas. Best part about visiting Las Vegas!

Helicopter tour was piloted by Tom who is comfortable with the aircraft and knowledge concerning the local area. His tour of the canyon was enlightening, enlivening, and downright awesome. Enjoyed every aspect from pick up to return delivery from to our hotel front door.
