Pilot Jim was great, smooth ride, lots of factual info! Tour info was more than we could ask, bird was nice too! Transport drivers were talkative, communication from host saved us a unpleasant experience. Could not have been better taken care of.

Very great ride. Entire process was as discribed and extremely professional. Even gave me a pep talk to calm my nerves lol. Camera lady was super cool & cute too, I would highly recommend and would definitely try it again.

Our pilot tannan was supercool. Flight was great fun and he gave us interesting commentary. Will recommend to all our friends who visit vegas to use you guys.

I usually don't do reviews, but in this case I just had to. This was one of the best experiences in my life! And I can't give the Grand Canyon all the credit. Our pilot 'Mad Dawg' will give you way more than what you're paying for! I will be taking this tour again, but I won't do it without Mad Dawg😁.

Excellent service, I had rearrange plan and cancel the tour, got my refund within a day. That was awesome

Absolutely awesome!! Took my 87 year old grandma, now she won’t stop talking about it. We sat in the front row. The view was outstanding! Thank you guys!!! Would definitely recommend as a MUST do while in Vegas!

It was easy and smooth for the whole procedure of booking

My reservation was canceled an hour before I was scheduled to fly. According to the woman who called, the time I booked was unavailable although it let me book it online & my money was taken. I called for a refund and have yet to receive a refund. I spoke with 2 different women about it I was told I would receive some type of email & I still didn't.

Had an excellent time. Great flight. If you get a chance I would go !

We had a great time with Captain Mad Dog Mike, he was our vacation hero! The views are amazing and his knowledge of the Canyon made for a really great trip. Mike took extra care of all his guests, just like we were family. I highly recommend 5 star and Captain Mike!

Your website is not real time so when I made my reservation, I booked the rest of my plans in Vegas because the helicoptor ride was at the top of my list, so I was not able to change days. The office called me the next day to tell me the time and day I booked was full. She went out of her way to reschedule for me as it was my birthday. Very nice customer service. She also told me at that time that there would be 2 other people riding with us and we had a party of 4. I told her that was fine because I thought it was a larger helicopter. It was incredibly cramped. Even the 2 people that went with us were cramped in their seats. Knowing that you guys take weights ahead of time, I would think that should be a big factor in seating people. BUT even the 2 other people that went with our group were healthy normal weights, the woman's butt hung over the seat in the front.
