Wonderful trip with beautiful aerial views of the canyon, Lake Mead, and the Hoover Dam. Back seats a smidge tight, but it is a helicopter, not a large plane. Good narration of history of area. Beautiful spot to land and take in the Valley of Fire and have a toast of champagne (or non-alcoholic beverage). Nice transportation to/from terminal. Well worth it!

I have been waiting for my refund over a month. We bought tickets for two on February 13 2021. The morning of the reservation they had no recollection and it was no where to be found... but I was charged. It’s been a little over a month and still no refund! I called today and this rude person answered the phone stating that they could not find the receipt for the transaction. I am currently waiting for a call back hopefully this time I will get my $538.00 back.

The experience what amazing. First timers and we enjoyed it. Definitely will do it again.

Booked online let us pay $700 just to call us 45 minutes later and tell us that the website had incorrect information and that date wasn’t available. And we have yet to receive a refund.

Our pilot was a very happy person. Loved the ride and he was trustworthy too since he said his experience was of 9 years. The ride was bumpy because of the wind but he made sure we’re not scared and we’re comfortable as well enjoying the ride. Would definitely come again and also recommend my other family and friends.

Best Helicopter Ride Ever! Next time I go back to Las Vegas will do it again!

Long wait which is to be expected it's in Vegas and I was fine with that however I was seated on the right rear of the helicopter. the pilot only flew around The strip which is pretty much what the helicopter ride was to see on the left side . All I could see was everybody else's silhouette and cell phones. Please come up with a different flight pattern so both sides can see in the future.

They were very helpful if I had a question, the chat customer service were nice to explain what the question meant

Ok the first thing the staff tried to cancel my flight, second thing I arrive and they can't find mine name, third thing everyone super dronk inside, too many rules, like please do not take any pictures vídeos is so ridiculous because what is the whole point!?? Thank you very much but I will never go back to use this company and I will share my experience with everyone about "5 Stars helicopter" :( so disappointed

What a spectacular way to see Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon! Thank you Garret for the fun, informative tour. A wonderful way to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday! I can not recommend this trip more highly! An experience of a lifetime!!!

I highly recommend 5 star!!!!! Everyone was sooo nice from the booking of the tours, to the office staff at checkin to the pilots! It was surely an opportunity that will never be forgotten! The pilots were very knowledgeable and took safety as the number one priority! We loved them so much we booked two separate tours with this company! 😍

My family enjoyed the tour, they stated best ride. The only disappointment was your current address was not updated and I drive to the wrong place to pay for the trip and cost more for my taxi ride!

The Las Vegas Strip tour and Dinner was amazing. When we come back to Vegas we will definitely go on it again.
