I have used 3 Counties Surveyors twice and am very happy with the property assessments made on both occasions. A detailed report will be provided, including photos, divided to consider each section of interest. Drone photos of the roof area are particularly helpful to have. Tony is easy to talk to and can explain the observations made afterwards so that you understand any faults found.
I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done, as they were recommended to me.

Arranged the survey very quickly and the whole process was handled extremely efficiently. The survey itself was very comprehensive and identified various areas for us to explore further. Fortunately nothing bad was found!

We are looking at buying a very old house (16th Century) and decided to get it surveyed before making an offer. We wanted to check if there were any lurking issues that might affect the value and / or cost a lot to correct. We decided to use 3 Counties again - we had used Tony before to survey a modern house, which he had done well. But this was a different proposition! We needed a more comprehensive Level 3 Survey and 3 Counties delivered a very thorough, honest and detailed evaluation. Tony and Hayley spent hours at the house and looked into every nook and cranny they could get at. The report was well laid out and easy to understand, and rapidly delivered a couple of days later, but with a phone call summary on the day of the Survey. The recommendations didn't pull any punches! We now feel well equipped to make an informed decision about the purchase. Having used them now for both a modern and ancient house, I can highly recommend 3 Counties Surveying - 10/10!
