Friendly, knowledgable, flexible staff. Susan was supportive and very efficient in sorting out our flight problem so except for our own mistake, the whole trip ran like clockwork.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable & stunning holiday. From start to finish, our group of 6 adults, on a 2.5 week safari, at 3 camps in Zambia & R&R on a private island lodge in Lake Malawi, had a seamless experience. Cannot thank 2by2 enough for their knowledge, diligence and organisation, in putting this holiday together. This holiday was one of several safaris we have booked with 2by2 over the years, and it won't be the last.

Returned to UK this week after 9 days safari in northern Tanzania and 4 days in Zanzibar with our 3 adult children. We had an amazing time, saw so many animals including the big 5 and a large wildebeest crossing. 2by2 holidays did an excellent job putting the holiday together, sourcing flights and accommodation. Pre-travel documents and support were very good and all went smoothly from leaving London to arriving in Kilmanjaro airport and throughout the safari. 2by2 work with an excellent local agent, Kibo Guides. Thank you to Lisa, Susan and the team for looking after us so well. We will definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a two-week bespoke trip in Tanzania, visiting Rufiji river camp, Ruaha river lodge and finishing off at Breezes Beach club in Zanzibar.
From our initial enquiry, 2by2 worked hard to put the trip we wanted together, making changes, and responding swiftly to our questions and queries.
The local providers they used were superb and we could not have had a better holiday experience.
Finally, we had a couple issues (connecting airline delay) on our trip and the team responded almost at once to our late-night queries to reschedule airport pickups, ensuring that everything ran smoothly despite being 6 hours late.
This was our second Africa trip arranged by 2by2 and we will certainly use them again.

From our first meeting to the end of our trip, 2by2 were extremely professional in every way. Their exemplary attention to detail and outstanding local knowledge ensured that we had a superb safari holiday. This was our second holiday with this company and we can recommend them without hesitation.

The hotels and staff were amazing. The transfers all polite on time and accommodating. For all that I would happily give 5 stars. However the flights and hotel in South Africa were a complete nightmare; no accessible twin rooms, 'losing' wheelchair 3 times, no gluten free food etc. Three written complaints sent. In future until airlines take accessibility seriously I will book everything myself. This is not the fault of 2 By 2 but having a third party helps other to pass the buck.

We have just returned from an amazing trip with 2by2. Susan, our correspondent, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us several fantastic options for our multi destination itinerary. Once we were on our holiday everything was perfectly organised, our experiences and accommodation were even better than we had expected meaning we were able to completely relax on our bucket list trip. 5 stars, would 100% recommend.

Really good genuine experience of living in, working in, and researching Africa enabled 2by2 to put together a tailored safari holiday for us where all the local connections, pickups, and tours worked perfectly using big reliable local operators. We saw Victoria falls, Chobe, Masai Mara, and Zanzibar. This was the third time I've used 2by2, and won't be the last.

Fantastic from start to finish! Brilliant organisation, great support to help us choose where to go and what to do and fabulous bespoke itinerary. Absolutely loved the Vamoos app that contained everything we needed for our trip and the updates on our flights and other info. Pick ups and tours were all seamless and the one small issue we had was sorted in record time. Brilliant. We will book again!

A wonderful adventure, personally organised for us by 2by2 to Namibia.
The route the car, the positions and qualities of the lodges and hotels, the excursions /game drives and route planning were perfect.

Wonderful holiday arranged by Lisa & 2by2 Holidays. The hotels were great, the food was wonderful and walking the Inca Trail was an experience never to be forgotten. Lisa at 2by2 holidays organised our multi stay holiday in South Africa incorporating Zulu battlefields, Nambiti Plains safari, Drakensberg mountains and beach. The trip was so well organised and all transfers were on time with a great friendly team of drivers. Hotels/lodges were superb. We had a fabulous time and we highly recommend this company

just returned from South Africa which involved 4 flights 5 hotels and 7 transfers and I can honestly say everything was just perfect hotels very high standard, every taxi transfer on time and flight connections not to far apart.
Any questions were answered very promptly.
Will definitely be using this company again.

2by2, organised and executed an excellent holiday to South Africa for my wife and I, the purpose of the holiday was to visit the Anglo/Zulu, 1879 battlefields of Rorke’s drift and Isandlwana. We were lucky to have a Zulu guide.
We also visited Durban and Capetown where we visited the Cape of Good Hope and The Point. We were also lucky, weather wise to go up Table mountain some 3,563 ft above sea level!
The accommodation we stayed at was very good, the people friendly and helpful.
