Matt and the team are just outstanding. We have returned to them many times. When first looking for flooring we visited every outlet in the area, and Matt and the Team at 1to1 stood out. Much more helpful, and professional than all the others. Spent time with us discussing and finding the best product for us, within our budget. We have and will only ever offer our business to Matt and the team for anything we need in the future.

We've just had our floors fitted by 1to1 Flooring, and we couldn't be happier with the finish. Matt and Paul where both patient and understood our vision and budget. The fitters where brilliant and a pleasure to have around. All in all a great experience.

We used 1to1 flooring to a couple of times now, firstly to lay a new Karndean floor in our lounge and conservatory, then to lay a new carpet to our stairs and bedrooms.
I can't recommend them highly enough, Richard and the sales team in Harpenden and the installation teams were excellent, they all treated us and our property with respect and did a faultless job on both counts.

Cannot say enough in praise of our experience with Kathy and Richard at the Harpenden store. We started by ordering bathroom flooring and ended up ordering flooring for the whole house (carpet and LVT). Professional, hugely knowledgeable, efficient and just a pleasure to work with. Also matched a lower quote offered elsewhere. They gave us brilliant advice, but also helped us enormously when we ran into difficulties (because of shoddy workmanship on our UFH). Fantastic experience and hghly recommend!!

I love our new Invictus herringbone flooring! It was a long process to get here as we had old click engineered flooring down and didn’t know the state of the floor underneath, but Matt and the team were very patient and sent someone out a couple of times extra to help guide us. We borrowed (with a deposit) so large flooring samples which were brilliant. Would definitely recommend! The duo flooring who laid the floor on the day were also excellent!

So pleased with our new carpet from Harpenden 1 to 1 flooring. Everything great, from choosing the carpet in store and with samples at home, to the fitting. All went smoothly and we were kept well informed at every stage.
Would not hesitate to use again.

I recently had Karndean flooring installed throughout the ground floor by Ryan and Adam they were fantastic and cleaned up perfectly afterwards.

Literally best customer service I have ever had, Jenny is one of the best, caring friendly, giving proper and honest advise.
All the team were great the guy who came for measurements and installation so professional.

Couldn't be happier with the flooring we have had fitted. Received exceptional customer service from Kathy and Richard at the Harpenden branch. Kathy is so knowledgeable and her expert advice was much appreciated. Jamie fitted the floor with great care and attention to detail we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Appalling customer service. After 24hrs the LVT flooring bubbled and could be peeled off by hand, but they continued to lay 2 more room!
They also lifted.
1 to 1 refused to accept any responsibility. The legal teams at WHICH? and our credit card agreed with us. We were awarded a full refund. Shameful

Would definitely recommend. Matt in the St Albans store was very helpful and went above and beyond when we were un-decided on advice given by our builders part way through our renovation. Michael and Aaron who came to fit out flooring were exceptionally helpful, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to deal with people who clearly take pride in their work and in our experience, have just been throughly decent - thank you.

I received exceptional service from Tony, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have just had Amtico installed in a French weave design in our study. The end result is absolutely stunning.

Very good experience with 1 to 1 Flooring. Cathy at the Harpenden showroom demonstrated the pros and cons of various flooring materials. We decided on Amtico Barn Wood. Two surveys were done, the second by Richard who made sure all angles had been covered. The fitting team led by Callum and assisted by Harley were excellent and the job consisting of hall, living room, dining room and through to the study was completed on time and to our satisfaction.

Delighted with the fitting Callum and Hartley did for us. They made it look first class and the new Amtico floor has transformed our downstairs rooms. Shout out to Kathy too at the Harpenden store for helping us make the right choice . Cannot recomeond these guys highly enough!

Delighted with our new Amtico and carpet flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for Matt, Chloe and Paul who were always on hand to offer advice and support. A fantastic company and exceptional customer service from start to finish. Damon and his colleagues in the Berkhamsted office were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us to decide on the type/colour/design of the flooring which I was very grateful for given the amount of choice! Richard and Harley were a pleasure to have in our house. Their work was exemplary, they were polite, punctual and tidy. Their work was to the highest standard and our floor looks incredible! Thank you!

Excellent service from Richard and Harley. From day one they went through the programme with us and gave us advice on pattern which looks really good. He was very helpful and guided us on best layout for the different spaces. Richard is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Harley is in good hands and it is obvious he is keen to learn.
They were very respectful of our home. Everything was cleared away and cleaned each day. We are delighted with the result and would definitely recommend them.
