Contacting 1st Central to speak with a human
This afternoon I tried to contact the company on the phone and the chat line but no matter what I did after waiting for over an hour no one answered and after after asking for my mailbox I was cutoff several times. On the chat line so say I was 294 position waiting patiently for an agent but again after 45’ I remained 294. It’s worrying if perhaps I would want to raise a claim. No luck via the website accessing my account to do it online. I’m a policyholder set up through a comparison site, I was attracted because their rating is 5 star defaqto, now wondering whether this is right.
