Very disappointing experience with this insurance company.
I contacted them several times by email and WhatsApp regarding a straightforward request, but my messages were either not answered or required repeated follow-ups. I also had to explain the same information on multiple occasions, which made the process unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating.
What should have been a simple matter became a lengthy process involving repeated communication and clarification. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were handled efficiently or that there was clear communication throughout.
Based on my experience, I would not choose to insure my car with this company again!!!!!
