Easiest word for them, scammers. Closed account and all of a sudden out the blue I've been told I owe when I no it was closed, threaten away, countless calls ignored as requested everything needed to be in written in email, funny enough no communication then boom a threatening letter to my postal address that I owe penny's and will be going to court, good luck with my lawyer on harassment

Disgusting time wasters.
Made me fill out countless forms, sign documents, connect banks, etc.
Told me then I would only be approved with a guarantor.
Got a guarantor with a good credit score, income, etc. Waiting for a phone call all day since they apparently had completed everything and only needed to confirm my guarantor was legit and understood everything via a phone call.
No call so I email them and they say I have now been denied due to my credit score??? What’s the purpose of having a guarantor if the decision comes back on ur credit score and what is the point in wasting my time making hopeless people feel like they can manage something just to waste time and say no.

Absolute time wasters
Am part of the time wasters batch. They are pretty keen on wasting ones time, I dont think their underwriters know how to underwrite, because why would a customer provide payslips, open banking and answer 3 phone calls about incoming and outgoing transactions when you have the open bank connection and can see every single detail on the bank accounts. And bearing in mind they ask for all your possible bank accounts. They are absurd. I rate them 0. It's good they can give loans to some people at least from the reviews on here, but they are absolute shit time wasters.

if i can give 0 stars i would... time wasters... apparently i was accepted.. contract signed... interrogated on the phone about finances when they already see my incomings and outgoings.. i was told 2nd phone call was only about info before payout but was interrogated further about outgoings then got an email saying my application was rejected..

These are the worst loans sharks you could ever come across. I was a guarantor for someone and he took out a loan for 10k with a payback of 20k over 5 years. ( They refused a loan over 3 years ) The loan was paid for nearly 4 years so was nearly cleared when an unfortunate situation of myself and the loanee were incarcerated. I was on remand for over 3 years and when I was released I reached out to the loan company and provided them with all documentation of proof of my arrest and incarceration that made it impossible to keep up the payments for the final year. All I was asking for was that the charges added whilst incarcerated could be deducted as the loan payment was now increased to a figure nearing the start of the loan. They showed no compassion whatsoever and continue to add costs where no other company on earth would prey on such a situation. Being on Remand for over 3 years caused Mental Health issues and they even brushed that off with sending me numbers I could call.
THIS COMPANY ARE VULTURES PREYING ON VULNERABILITIES OF PEOPLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS! Loan ID; A913CA19
