Complete waste of time. Go through all the process where everything is approved until last moment and then reject. Will never use. So many batter companies out there

Now call themselves RATEDROP and yes useless, they say u are approved then after 2 days of faffing about they decline u !!

I’ve seen some bad reviews but I’ve had an easy experience and it still continues to be so.

The worst loan company going. Pre approved and accepted. Was told I’d get a call if accepted and I did to be told the money will go into account. Got asked a few weird questions about what football team is support and questions about wife which I did say was inappropriate. Then get a email of decline. I’m sorry but this company is a joke and it will be reported to the fca. If anyone sees this. Please please don’t apply for them. You won’t be accepted, I think it’s smoke and mirrors and I wished I had read the reviews myself cause they all say the same thing. There is better loans out there. The dirty rats.

Firstly I have no hard feelings towards being rejected and had a relatively pleasant experience completing the application however, this system is flawed. First you are pre-approved after declaring my earnings, then I had to give consent to share my bank details and have a hard search put on my credit file only to receive a phone call and be told my earnings don’t qualify me for a loan.

This is definitely something that should have been disclosed earlier but instead I feel like this company rely on getting peoples hopes up to then reject them once a hard search has already been put on someone’s history. I highly suggest you do some research on whether this company is the right one for you before applying as nowhere on the application does it state a minimum earning requirement even on the pre contract I was requested to sign!

What a load of bull they get all personal details then as people said on here they decline you straight away got very good credit rating I’m being declined five star service for nothing.

Was pre-approved waited 3 days and got an email saying they can't lend me the loan.

Just a mess about filling forms doing checks for them to change their minds.

The application is back to front, it says you are accepted, contract signed and then get questioned on the phone, they wait for you to say wrong thing and they change the amount. Then cause I question it, I get laughed out down the phone and can hear people in background laughing. I’d avoid, I wouldn’t trust them with my dead nan!
