I wanted to buy ink for an old printer…

I wanted to buy ink for an old printer which would only allow the use of a specific brand. On ordering same from the website I got a call from a member of staff to enquire if all was in order and I was particularly pleased that I could choose my preferred delivery method.
He then went on to ask why I chose that particular brand of ink when it was so expensive for so little in a cartridge, and yet again went out of his way to explain to me why my printer wasn't accepting any other brands. He was a very warm, friendly and extremely helpful staff member, the kind of person I would love on my own team. I'm just ragin' that I can't remember his name! To top off this very positive experience - my ink was delivered the very next day!!

Just had a bit of unfortunate…

Just had a bit of unfortunate experience… ordered a week ago and no news of my order. Contacted the company via email and in fairness, they respond quickly. Offered to split the order because 1 item that wasn’t available held back the order.

This wasn’t communicated with me earlier and only because I reached out. So I find the “order by 6pm, ship same day” is misleading.

Otherwise, I don’t think the company is too bad to deal with but they could do better.

Selling Product they dont have-...then pushing their own product instead

Purchased a cartridge online this morning, then get phonecall to say they dont have it in stock, pushing their generic product which I didnt want. I suggested they shouldnt allow purchase if they dont have product available. No urgency in refunding card either...

Hi Sinead, thank you for your feedback. The cartridge you ordered is available to us but would need to come from our EU warehouse, as stated on the website at the time of purchase. We contacted you as we didn’t want to delay your order further. Our own‑brand cartridges are fully ISO‑certified and a cheaper alternative, but we understand if you prefer the original brand. I can confirm your refund has been processed by our accounts department. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Honest & Responsive!

The printer ordered was a little bit delayed than normal, due to the weather conditions, but was delivered before the promised date. It was a good experience! Will recommend.
