Problem with 123ink labels for a Dymo labelwriter 550.…
I did a search for Dymo labelwriter550 labels. 123ink came top and offered origional Dymo product and an 123ink product for approx half price. I decided to go with the 123ink product and ordered 3 units. The order was delivered very quickly. On loading the labels my printer would not work . Following calls to the Dymo helpline I discovered that the 123ink labels would not work on my printer.Dymo advised that I purchase from Amazon. A call to 123ink suggested that I had not seen the warning on their site and offered a credit note for the unopened product. I sent a screenshot of their website order page which has no warning and offers their product as a suitable alternative. After many emails I have decided to take the hit and never buy from 123ink again.

Experienced excellent back-up
I had an issue with a damaged ink cartridge and was quite upset about it, as it was a new XL cartridge and when I went back to the Lady in 123ink cartridge 604XL, I found her (Jesica) to be extremely helpful and she stayed with me until I received my replacement. I have to say, it's many a long year since I received this level of support and efficiency. I will have no problem staying as a Loyal customer of 123ink.ie well into the future. KH

Amazing Service, best prices, lovely people.
The website might look a bit old but it has everything as you need it.
Easy to find products, either by brand or part number.
Pricing is probably the best I've seen for Genuine Brands and their generic oem pricing is a good as anyone elses.
What you don't get from Viking / Amazon / HP, a phone call.
To check that you are buying the right product, or that there is less expensive version available that you may have missed - priceless, and why I won't be shopping anywhere else for this style of product anywhere else.

The website appears old-fashioned, which could give a first-time visitor the impression that it’s either not a genuine business or no longer operating. However, both the product and service are completely legitimate. Im pleased with the service and recomend it to others!

False delivery promises
I've had the same problem every other customer that complains has had. Items not in stock for delivery despite the claim it is even over the phone. Next day delivery doesn't happen and they will make lots of promises but you'll have to wait. Don't try to order original ink, you'll get a call back saying it's not in stock or in their European warehouse and will take a couple of weeks. Printers are sold with 2 pin plugs and additional wait time when "they drop the ball on this one " happens for replacement irish plug. Won't be using them again

We contacted you to offer our own branded ink as it is ISO certified, can save you money, and would have the products on site where some of the original branded products may have to be ordered in from our suppliers. You should not have received a 2-pin plug, and we sincerely apologise for that. If you can share your order number, we can look into exactly who you were speaking to at the time and investigate this further.
Very slow delivery from 8th to 18th
Ordered on 8th /9th April with expedient delivery what I was expecting through DPD. Took 10 days for delivery and was through the standard postal service. Definitely would not recommend for quick delivery, would only use if I was thinking of 2 weeks time.

Hi Peter, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. I can see DPD wasn’t specifically selected at checkout, the option used was where we choose the courier, as explained on the website. I can confirm order did leave us on the day it was placed, but unfortunately there was a delay with most couriers at the time due to the fuel protest. We do understand how disappointing this must have been, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
