I was asked to provide my card details to “verify” my listing with a £1 refundable charge. Instead, I was later charged £12 without clearly consenting to any subscription, and the refund was never processed.

Despite several emails raising my concerns, they have not properly acknowledged the issue or taken action to resolve it.

If this happens to you, contact your bank immediately, request a chargeback, and consider reporting it to Action Fraud.

Very disappointing experience.

It was the ease of ordering and the extensive variety of choice and when ordering let's say mcdonalds on just eat you get free nuggets just for ordering from just eat which is a nice little bonus so yes just eat for me.

They offer you a ‘free business’ listing and say you need to verify yourself by paying £1. Promise it’ll be refunded but I’ve still not received a refund . THEN they’ve sneakily signed you up to their premium service and use said bank details to charge you £12 a week later

Please avoid using any of the website ranking services offered by this company or its partners. Their primary partners are Armada Internet and Unitel Direct, with Armada managing the service and Unitel providing the technology and SEO ranking data.

Unfortunately, the staff I worked with demonstrated a fundamental lack of understanding of SEO. Specifically, they failed to recognize that keyword search volume is essential for driving meaningful website traffic.

For six months, I received reports claiming page-one rankings for keywords that had zero search volume. I repeatedly explained that ranking for keywords with no searches has no value, but this was never understood or corrected.

I paid for 12 months upfront and spent six months receiving inaccurate and misleading data. I ultimately cancelled my contract and would never use their services again. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

SCAMMED. This used to be reputable company. Not sure who has bought this recently or who has chose to make this decision but it’s absolutely disgusting.

First thing I noticed immediately when setting up a free business profile was that they did not send me an email. I only noticed this when my Free business account went live. And it had my street address. I’m a plumber serviceable area. No need for this. So I sent them an email give them their due. They responded immediately and changed that. I then had money removed from my account the same as everyone else but thankfully banks must be aware of it. Because my bank flagged it as fraud immediately and stopped it. I’ve now ordered a new card.
It is illegal giving someone no login details, no email confirmation of signup hence no way to cancel. It’s illegal and I hope they’re prosecuted with a full force of UK law. One evening when I’ve got some time, I will fill out the very long form on the fraud website. They won’t be doing this for much longer. Dangerous business practice. I would hazard a guess that there has been a changing management since this shady practice has been going on. Hopefully they get fully investigated and after payback millions.
