I was able to get help when I needed to cancel my monthly subscription. I was happy with the product, but I recently found out I needed a prenatal, and 10x Health System only had regular vitamins and no prenatals.

Hard to navigate where to find clear results. Also trying to change or cancel or pause orders is confusing to find out how. I tried to push my order back every two months because I just had to much. And instead they gave me double every other month. I wish there was more support without extra cost when someone already paid 600 for the genetic testing. And has been buying your product for years now.

UPDATE - The Customer Service was great. After addressing a problem, the staff did a full court press to make things right. They have addressed future orders and helped me to realize why I appreciate 10x. Due to other family members not keeping up is the reason I have too many and had to stop my subscription.
I Had cancelled my subscription 2+ months ago and still received something even though my account shows no orders or active subscriptions.

Don’t like that no one checks back with customers to see how they are doing. Basically become a number, and not meeting the needs of each customer as to how they can be helped more. Don't like that it’s just supplement based, and don’t get nutritional advice to follow. It’s all just taking supplements will not just do the work. If anything it’s just scratching the surface. If people do go this route, they should be advised to hire an integrative or functional nutritionist. I had to figure this out on my own being that I have a passion for learning nutrition and taking care of what the body needs and lacks. It’s cheaper and better to pay a functional and integrative Nutritionist who does the same thing as this program but they work with you on a one to one diving deep to figure out what the environmental factors are causing our health to be the way it is.
The supplements helped but like I said only because I also change my diet eating foods that only my body can tolerate by taking an allergy food test which has changed in my blood results also. That was with the help of the integrative doctor.
Speaking to the NP through this program didn’t gain much from it at all.
I wouldn’t recommend doing this or spend this kind of money.
