Cancelling insurance should be a 2 minute stuff. But they drag you all over. I asked for cancellation of my insurance within 24 hours of my start date. Because I end up not buying the car. But there is no human being who will deal you, no help line. No direct chat. When I massaged the AI chatboot. The reply I got was bizarre, that it will take one day to receive a reply. It's so disturbing that you are not having a car and still paying them because of their negligence. Will not recommend anybody at all.
