Shocking service
Shocking expensive renew £1k+ other companies £210... £130 to cancel which is over a days pay for me. Cant contact them to cancel, just use of livechat with multiple hours wait time. Contacting bank to block them taking any more money is my only option, going through financial problems and really don't need this! Please cancel my policy now, don't have car, don't have money!
