Lynne was incredible, and saved my relationship with the company, which was tarnished due to horrible communication methods (buggy app).
The app is absolutely awful for communicating, I tried several times over several weeks. Once the app finally worked I was able to get through to Lynne, who was fantastic, resolved my problem with grace, haste and kindness. Very grateful for Lynne, she did her job professionally, quickly and thoroughly, with a customer centric caring approach.
But seriously, if the app is your only reliable contact method, fix the contact through the app. Please do not allow this issue be misinterpreted as anything to do with Lynne, as if it wasn’t for her efforts I’d have a largely negative opinion on Marshmallow, but she completely changed this.
