Easy to use live chat, once connected ...
Took a while to get through via the Live Chat, had to do it via desktop not the mobile app. Once connected to an agent it was very easy to discuss my renewal and have the price adjusted to a better option. Chia was great and very efficient. Happy to stay with Marshmallow but perhaps they could work on their Live Chat and being able to access it via the app?
