Renewing insurance policy was a pain as it meant shopping around every year and switching companies as they offered better rates for new policies. Now they offer competitive prices even for renewals. I chatted with an agent named Lydia who understood my needs and provided satisfactory outcome. She was fantastic!

Staff (particularly Dan at the Northolt branch) are very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating even when they are busy and/or have shortage of staff. Have been going there for last 5 years or so and always a pleasant experience.
