Money hungry company

Will not provide any refund after incorrectly charging my card for months. I will be turning to social media and the BBB as after several days of waiting and no apparent “managers to take immediate transfer”. Losing a LONG time customer due to being money hungry, and let’s not forget at one point that had a year or 6 month hold up for contacts swiped everyone’s money and never sent any orders for MONTHS. I should’ve known then to go elsewhere.

Updated: Per Waldo’s response they are now attempting to state I moved in February and Items have been delivered. This is not true and no one from the company has attempted to ask for any further clarification or documentation proving this. I am not a money hungry customer attempting to get over I am a long time customer which unfortunately they have lost. I have reached out WEEKS ago now and still have not received any management call backs or emails or other further communication. Waldo has done nothing more to reach a resolution other than responding to a negative review.

Upon further digging I also found that this company is not BBB accredited and has a very strong high volume of complaints regarding non delivery of contacts, billing issues, and poor customer service all of which I am now experiencing. Do not waste any more time. They’d rather lose a 5 year plus client than provide refunds and replacements, easy indicator there’s something fishy going on. My next step will be social media.

We are sorry to hear about your recent WALDO experience.

Looking through the communications that you have had with our customer service team, they have passed this on to the manager to look into.

Your WALDO subscription can be amended easily online including the address, so as you had moved in February and the address was not updated, the lenses were delivered there, we would need to look into if they were delivered back to us.
