Good evening, I booked and paid my flight but never received an email nor Telefon call wt booking number and itinerary. I called the German customer service who sent a mail to my emiladress saying I should complain by mail to customer service but was not offered an explanation nor a ticket? The German and Dutch service closes during the night and no weekend attendance. The 888 hotline does not work. Finally called the airline, I am on the manifest! Turns out my email address and fone number were totally wrong, foreign number!??
I still don’t know anything about my back flight? My customer service emails were not answered even though I provided my correct email twice. What is going on and what about my back flight? Puh…
