Hi, I used kamer.nl and ended up finding housing elsewhere but they were still very helpful, and thank you to Bart in customer services who helped sort out an issue I had quickly and easily !

I never received my order

I never received my order. I ordered the mattress on the 1st of September and it was intended to arrive on the 4th, it is now the 8th and it never arrived though I have received an email asking how satisfied I am with my purchase. I emailed customer support on the 4th but no reply. It’s really unfortunate as I have no bed and have been sleeping on air mattress and I picked here because it was meant to arrive quickly. Order number MD1000498867.
