The worst company i have ever dealt…

The worst company i have ever dealt with. Not only did my product come 4 weeks late. The glasses did not fit me right. I returned the package in protective packaging and in the chanel glasses box with the glasses case in too. Everything completely intacked through their courier DHL. But some how because DHL mishandled the product they said this was my fault (even though it was Optical Hs courier selected by them) and i put it in protective packaging ! They said because i didnt use the same cardboard box which was silly because it was still in protective packaging with all the chanel product content inside (box and glasses case). They were very rude and sarcastic in all of their emails. They said they would only refund me £95 of the £303 i was owed and i am still yet to receive that. I am going to take them to the small claims court its become less about the money now and more about how i have been spoken to and treated. Please don't fall into the trap of using this company because they are slightly cheaper than others, your package will arrive late and if you need to return anything you will never get your money back.

Dear Maisie, first, we would like to apologize for the experience you had and the way you have been treated.

We always try to ship orders within 24/48 hours of receiving them, but in your case, you purchased a product that was not in stock, so we had to order it from the manufacturer. In such cases, as you can see on our website, the delivery time is usually around 2-4 weeks, hence the wait. We would like to point out that once shipped, you received the package in 3 days, so we do not consider that there was a delay as such.

As for the return of the product, you are right. We made a mistake when generating the return label and sending it to you, and the resulting costs should not be borne by you, so we have proceeded to refund the amount, but it is true that we cannot sell the product with the same guarantees as it is missing the box with the serial number, so a penalty has been deducted from the refunded amount in addition to the shipping and return costs. We hope you understand.

Once again, we apologize for the experience and for the mistake made.
