On 28 Nov 2025 i placed an order, in a few days on 3 Dec i received the order but noticed that one item was missing and they have put another one instead. I wrote to the customer service immediately. The first response was on 11 Dec asking for more pictures. I sent everything needed and since then.. silence. I just need my money back for the missing item and I can drop the wrong one at any Douglas shop if they need it. Passed one month already since my original emails…..
