I urgently need to update the vehicle on my insurance policy, but your app won’t let me complete the change. I’ve followed all the steps multiple times and keep getting an error message at the final stage.

I’ve spent the entire day trying to get help via live chat with no response, and now your support is closed. This leaves me unable to drive my car legally, which is completely unacceptable.

There appears to be no alternative way to contact you or resolve this issue in a reasonable timeframe. For something as important as insurance, this level of support is very disappointing.

I need someone from Marshmallow to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
