I was a happy customer until I started…

I was a happy customer until I started getting assistance from Ch. C..
I have to make every request(meter reading, payment plan, tariff details, etc.) at least twice. They show no respect you as a client. And will bug you for the mistakes at their end. Or even worse abuse you with emails. Looking forward to change asap.

I do not know how they manage to SUCK

I do not know how they manage to SUCK.

I have never used any paid service. But was charged. ASked them to close my account, they said yes, in three days they will close. yet I was charged again from two different accounts, which I have no idea. And what is more frustrating is not getting any replies to your emails. They keep charging you like your bank account belongs to them. IT IS ANNOYING AND DISGUSTING. WHO RUNS THIS PLACE?!!

This is probably scammiest provider

This is probably scammiest provider. No wonder IBM is downsizing since years.... I am getting charged, despite they act like they do not know my bank account and beg it when I log in.. and when not given it just kicks you out from the system. They have also the slowest customer service. SO THEY JUST SUCK. AND THEY CAN KEEP S*CKING, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I was removed from my train while…

I was removed from my train while traveling in the first class on a night train which came 1:30 hour late, and just because I asked restaurant workers some silence at 2:30 in the night since they were having laughters and noise for more than 2 hours, and I had to take sleep before my day at work. After some subjectively collected evidence by police and false claims, court has given no punishment to DB. Just look at the rating. Could it be worse for any company to have lower rating world wide? It's just terrible. It's not even 1.1 I think they deserve nothing more than a 0.

I never experienced such a scam

I never experienced such a scam. They have bugged me for their wrong calculation for more than a year. I provided them my meter readings, which of course they did nothing. And threaten to sue me two times. Their customer service is only to tell you your message will be operated in 6 weeks. Stay away from eprimo choose yourself any other. I posted my problem here, and someone from eprimo contacted me but this was also just to seem "nice". They don't care anything what you face as a customer.
