Check the relativness of the name of the account, the name of the person being logged in, the name of the tickets that person bought... And, please, leave me aside of getting the message adressed to my passed away dear friend to whon once I have bought a ticket through your system. I've got a mesage from you: "Hello, dear (Full name of my dead friend, who passed away because of the war in Ukraine)! How do you find our services now?.." - rediciolous... in one word saying, with the tears on my eyes..

I am affraid I am the next one who met this company..
They pay for Google ads but never return to you with what you have bought.
I am from Ukraine and live as a refugee here. I fased the first time such behaviour in the Europe. I didn't know it is exist at all here.. So sad to face with.
