2 days and the delivery did not take place - this is fine and sometimes you are unable to deliver what you have promised. but to receive an e-mail advising that yo missed me and i wasn't at home . when i was at home all day is a pitiful and annoying excuse. on top of which when complaints were made by e-mail responses were even more infuriating, zero acknowledgement, completely dismissive - very poor customer service and zero phone numbers to contact. simple honesty and understanding is all people are looking for.
