The most incompetent fools i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered 500 euros worth of video equipment and their website wouldn't let me write my own address properly, forcing me to introduce a slightly different post code. When the courier came, he delivered the packages to another building nearby, forcing me to go and steal back my own products from another address. The courier just dumped everything and left, despite the fact that the names were obviously different, the name of the owner of the house was different.

The only reason i didn't lose my property, which i had already paid for, was because i was home and acted quickly. I have never come across anything like this in my life, it's absurd.

Office Discount is the worst company in Austria, they will let you pay for your products but then their software won't let you give your correct address. In order to avoid this ludicrous situation, never ever order anything from them, it's not worth it.

How is it even possible to stay in business when your website tells the customer that their own address is incorrect? My mind is blown. Nobody ever called me before or after the delivery, i even tried calling the DPD courier, but couldn't reach them by phone.
