Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. I have been going back and forth with them via email for days over an accurate delivery date for a ring, getting the same generic AI answer.
Fast forward to today - the ring has arrived and they have sent the wrong stone. My wedding is in 8 days. I’ve tried contacted customer service I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes + and then they disconnect the call. I’m at my wits end.
UPDATE
Customer service called me earlier and have advised me that they do not believe I have been sent the wrong stone. Allegedly their records state the correct one was sent so they are unable to offer me anything other than a generic return. When I tried to push back on this, I was just told that jewellery may appear different in person than on the website.
