Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. I have been going back and forth with them via email for days over an accurate delivery date for a ring, getting the same generic AI answer.

Fast forward to today - the ring has arrived and they have sent the wrong stone. My wedding is in 8 days. I’ve tried contacted customer service I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes + and then they disconnect the call. I’m at my wits end.

UPDATE
Customer service called me earlier and have advised me that they do not believe I have been sent the wrong stone. Allegedly their records state the correct one was sent so they are unable to offer me anything other than a generic return. When I tried to push back on this, I was just told that jewellery may appear different in person than on the website.

Equipment is clean and up to a high standard. Other facilities are also the same. Staff on hand are friendly and helpful too.

Don’t bother if you’re concerned you…

Don’t bother if you’re concerned you might have to return an item. I’ve been trying to organise collection of a returned item for 6 days now and I’m still no further ahead, their customer service is abysmal.
