The experience is good. Fuel consumption is good. Instructions on pick up & drop off are clear (via the email), especially when we pick up car at Auckland airport & drop off at Wellington airport. Rates are good. However, it would have been more helpful if the counter staff could assist us in pairing our handphone with the car's hifi system when we pick up. The hifi system only recognise Iphone (ours is an android handphone). Other than this, all is good. We'll still use Omega rental in future
