I rented from the london heathrow company and the refundable deposit was not returned to me. I emailed and contacted a couple of times, almost 3 months afterwards still has not received the deposit and no response to any of my emails bar a single reply to say they received my account details. None since. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered in Wayfair with delivery date of 16/01 - unfortunately via UPS. Delivery delayed due to "wrong address" in the tracking so I contacted UPS and Wayfair to sort this out as address was correct from my end, I figured it could have been wayfair's mistake. Spoke with agent on UPS and Wayfair and I was assured it will be sorted. Still not received the parcel, tracking still shows address incorrect. I have not received a call from the driver to confirm address. I instructed both agents when I spoke with them to deliver to access point instead to make it easier if they cannot find my address but still the same. Still no resolution at this time. Very frustrating. Avoid!

Initially had a very good experience, hassle free rental and pick up service, good decent car and rates etc. However, the refundable deposit was not refunded to me after almost 2 months despite repeated attempts to contact! Received an answer on an email confirming receipt of my bank details but no response to contacts regarding follow up ever since and still hasn't received the deposit!! Avoid, as the good experience can be received elsewhere

It was a fun experience for me and my friends, the inflatable obstacles were safe to bounce and play around, the team were energetic and fun, the place was big enough that we had only a little time to queue but meant we had to walk long for each inflatable. We'd do it again! The only thing was the venue has no parking (which was communicated to us ahead but a venue with parking would have been ideal). We've finished all obstacles in around less than an hour, so I feel the price is too steep, but we luckily got the grp and early bird discounts
