Lots of broken machine, the machine that did work were very squeaky so not well maintained. Ideally before purchasing a day pass or monthly pass should be told what equipment is unavailable due it broken machinery

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Billy helped me every step off the way. He really took care of everything and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than I thought it would be with my first car experience Will definitely be a returning company
Ordered a LARGE bouquet and about 10 flowers arrived the only large thing about it was the box Didn’t arrive on the chosen day for delivery 3 of the flowers were already dead by the time they got to me
I couldn’t be happier with my first season abroad, I met 2 of the loveliest reps ever Molly and Fran were there for me every step of the way and I knew I could go to them with any issues or concerns I might have had. No matter what I always had them with me such trustworthy and kindhearted girls 🫶🏼
