Had trouble in paying by Paypal

Had trouble in paying by Paypal, needed to pay with my Westpac card. A little inconvenient.

The name of the ferry was not provided…

The name of the ferry was not provided on the emailed ticket. Very poor. What ferry am I taking on July 29, 8.05am from Dubrovnik to Split???

NOT Collected from location indicated on Voucher

I booked with GYG a Tour from Fethiye: Pamukkale & Hierapolis Day Trip on Frid. 18 Oct. 2024. According to the Voucher, I was due to be picked up at 6.15am outside the location where I was staying as indicated on the voucher. I waited unti 6.45am but no-one arrived to collect me. I booked a GYG Tour of Naxos - No pick up

I booked a GYG Tour: Highlights of Naxos, Full Day Tour by Bus. The meeting place was Naxos Holidays Hotel and to be there at 8.45am (Tour: 9.00am - 7.00pm). I waited at the meeting place until 9.30am still no bus. I tried to phone the contact phone no. but unsuccessfully.
Very poor organisation. I am requesting a full refund.

I was left behind on the wharf…

I booked a Greca Tours Trip to 3 islands (Aegina,Paros and Hydra) on Tues. 20 Aug. 2024. Hydra being the first island, we were told to be back at the port at 12.55pm.
When I arrived at exactly 1.00pm, the boat had departed and i then paid 40 Euro for a ferry ticket back to Athens. i have taken many trips but never missed boarding a ship (Ferry) by 5 min . . .and never been left behind on the wharf. It is also important to note that the emailed confirmation of the activity was very poor compared to Get Your Guide Tours. I have also had great difficulty in communicating with Greca Tours in regard to a refund for this 3 island tour

Booking the car seems to be fairly simple but beware of insurancee

Booking the car seems to be fairly simple. However, I did not opt for full Insurance (Extra 50E) when making the booking On-Line, since I have found that when picking up the car is the best time to take out full insurance since you are dealing with the company actually renting you the car . . . if any damage is caused to the car when returning the vehicle it is simply better to deal with the actual car rental company.

Problems with the pick up of the vehicle

The only problem occurred in the actual address of the pick up and drop off location initially provided On - Site, since I found it difficult to determine the shortest distance from my accommodation in Athens (ie GREA Ardittos) to where the vehicle was to be picked up
