Ordered for convenience but half order cancelled.

Had purchased from Pets at home and my puppy likes the food so decided to order on line for ease and convenience. My first order, easy to use, discount offered, postage paid, order confirmed, day its due to be delivered get an email saying half the order is out of stock. No alternative offered. Informed would be refunded. Disappointing.

The product is fine, delivery swift, but since purchase have been inundated with emails.

Nice clean gym but classes not available

I joined having seen the adverts for the large array of classes offered, however now I am a member have found those classes aren't yet available (pilates in particular) I also find the class schedule a little unorganised (different days times each week) and have to go on a waiting list to find if it's actually happening.
The gym seems very well equipped and clean, and the staff all friendly and helpful. Lots of parking apart from peak shopping times. Easy access.
