Never seen this bad experience with customer support. I cancelled a flight and expected a refund, I asked for a id and status but none, I am stuck between BudegetAIir and this insurance company. No tracking, and else.

Never ever book through this shitty company, I purchased the insurance for 100% cancel for any reason thing. They now tell me to contact Hopper, which again is worse than this. No customer support, no easy way to get your money back. My 3000 bucks are stuck (and are almost lost)

Try doing online consultation, and she will never show up. Np remorse. I understand you can be busy, but then why keep false promises. 15 days and they keep on rescheduling calls. Pathetic from Apollo. Get better doctors like Janani Iyer.
