Agreed to do a limited retest but barely apologised, and provided no confidence that the repeated tests were done properly and that the results could be relied upon. No evidence that management care about the potentially very serious implications of getting things wrong.

Apollo 247's incompetence is glaring. I placed an order for a 4kg Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein (Order ID: 295934411) on April 20th, with the assurance of delivery by April 22nd. I paid Rs. 11042 upfront for this order. However, my delivery date has been repeatedly changed and delayed, from April 22nd to 25th, then 27th, and now April 29th. This blatant disregard, along with their slow 7-10 day refund policy, is unacceptable. Avoid Apollo 247 at all costs; they're a scam waiting to happen. I am utterly disappointed with Apollo 247's service.

Try doing online consultation, and she will never show up. Np remorse. I understand you can be busy, but then why keep false promises. 15 days and they keep on rescheduling calls. Pathetic from Apollo. Get better doctors like Janani Iyer.

Refused to cite the reason for giving vaccination even though I provided prescription.
Giving no reason and then cut my phone.

Horrible service.

So I recently requested a replacement for 2 of the 5 items sent to me- one was damaged and the other was incorrect altogether. I was told I have a history of requesting refunds and so this is declined.

I guess Apollo247 does not realise that medicines are ordered in dire situations, and these are clothing or retail products we return on a whim. If an incorrect or substandard product is sent, it is their moral and professional responsibility to replace it. If they do not want us to request refunds or replacements, how about they make sure they get the order right in the first place!

So now I am stuck with incorrect and damaged items and no refund. PURE RETAIL FRAUD!

For a simple sugar pp blood test report I had to wait for more than 2 days. Never ever go for blood test thru Apollo 247. Customer service is pathetic. They will simply say that we are escalating the issue and look into in on a priority basis, but they will do nothing.

Apollo 24/7 diagnostic is a total disaster! They gave the wrong test price, messed up the billing, and bungled my crucial blood sample. Don't risk your health or time with these guys – steer clear of their services! Write same in simple language

We ordered important chronic medication and it was split to 2 shipments and the 2nd most important medication has still not been delivered and its WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE as well

Not delivered on mentioned time, very important medicine. After 5days also medicine not delivered

Ordered a medicine with prescription. A doctor called seeking more personal details. Told him not comfortable sharing as I have uploaded prescription. Claiming to be doctor he said Mohammad cancelled the order as I did not provide irrelevant personal info. Never faced such problem with 1mg or netmeds. FRAUD AVOID.

Worst online appointment, don't use this app for online appointment you will regret, highly disgusting customer service. It would be better to say there is no customer service at all. Guys don't believe them, rest I leave it to all.

I am very disappointed with apollo 24/7 online service because I had ordered the Trueview Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter for rs 650 (after discount) & chose COD option for the payment. on very next day when I tried to check my order status I found that the older value of this product is increased automatically to rs 944.78.
I was surprised by this price increment & I had search this product once again on apollo website & found the price was showing rs750 only.
i have reported this concern to apollo customer care & explained the issue to them. i was expecting the revised discounted price but I am not receiving any positive response from apollo team.

Totally scam, we orded 10 strip medicine and they given us 2 strip correct medicine and rest 8 strip wrong medicine in home , its look same but different , frod when we asked for correct one and send the correct one they are not reply on that they just reply solved where is nothing solved

Had booked at home collection pcr test for my family. The lab tech didn't show up. No communication from Apollo side. Wasted 2 hours waiting for a response. Best to stay away from unprofessional establishments like these

report generation time was within 24 hours. 3days has passed but no communication from them and no way to connect to customer service. I would never do a test again from apollo247

Their RTPCR covid test is a scam. We needed it for international travel and their test came +ve but we were sure we didn't have covid.
So we got it done In 3 more labs separately. All came -ve. This is not an isolated case. It happened to two more friends. All are -ve.

During the online consultation the doctor was in a hurry and was receiving other phone calls.She spoke to the patient only for 2 minutes.Very poor duty of care shown towards the patients.
