Charged me $1.25 for free trial, which is supposed to be.... free. Nowhere did it say I had to pay. Then 5 messages pop up before they allow me to cancel my trial, and it's done in a very sneaky way that you can get confused and assume you've cancelled your subscription when in fact you haven't! It takes about 5 pop-ups before they actually let you cancel.
DECEPTIVE UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

First, re those $1.25. This is NOT a charge, actually. That's called verification amount, and it is used by banks and payment systems to verify the data provided upon account registration. This amount is normally back on the user's account within first 24 hours, often sooner. Since your review was written 22 hours ago, please check your online banking, we are sure it is already back.
Re our free trial though: it is entirely and fully free for the first 30 days, we assure you.
If you are having troubles with the cancelation, within those 30 days since the day of registration, whenever ready, just email support@pdffiller.com, and one of our agents will cancel that for you manually, no worries.
