Me and my brother were looking for an apartment in NL sometime ago and were very lucky to come across Just Stay Apartments. We got a beautiful apartment in The Hague, in a great neighbourhood for a reasonable price. The communication was fast and clear without any problems. I’ve switched roughly 7 apartments since I moved to the country and out of everybody Just was the best landlord, definitely the most professional and trustworthy.

We had a very positive experience renting with Just Stay. They have been have accommodated our needs and that really helped us securing a place. We had no problems.

As an expat I fully recommend this agency. I rented a house from them for two years. They have been helpful with every issue I had very quickly and I always got my deposits back.

All went as well as can be expected.
Communication was easy and clear. Response times were reasonably fast.
I had few issues with broken appliances during my stay but everything got fixed in timely manner.
Apartment was in very good condition and well cleaned before moving in, keys were easy to get and return.
Deposit got paid back within few weeks of moving out.
Overall very good experience.

Just stay apartments helped me to find a beautiful apartment in Rotterdam. When I told them that I was finding it very difficult to secure a place for my family being an expat, they pitched for us to the owners. During the contract period, they provided excellent support whenever I contacted them with some problems. The apartment itself reflects what is shown in the pictures.

I do not recommend it at all!
The deposit can not be ever restored! They do not protect the tenant rights!! They answer emails with solve it with the owner!!!
They accused me with different damages which where previously in the flat and proved by emails. Even though they ignored and gave the deposit to the landlord.

It is a pleasure to rent our current apartment trough JustStay! I've worked with - if my memory is serving me well - 6 different estate agencies across the Netherlands, so far JustStay tops them all. Transparency over the rental conditions and JUSTified trustworthy actions are the main reasons why I'd choose JustStay many times over.

The apartment is located in a vibrant multi-culture environment close to shopping facilities,a city park and public transport (metro/tram).
The apartment was cosy and well furnished and decorated. The kitchen proved comfortable. We used little energy(gas/electricity). If you like different types of cats, you may enjoy their presence in the garden (a bit of milk in a bowl will help..)
All in all, we enjoyed a pleasant stay !

Very positive experience with Just Stay apartment in Rotterdam for our daughter.
We have rented two different properties in 2020/21 and 2021/22 during her studies.
we would definitely recommend.

Step 1: Make an inquiry
Step 2: Send all the relevant info they request
Step 3: Wait a month+ for a response while not being able to reach them by phone and get no replies on your e-mails
Step 4: Get told, after more than a month of waiting and lack of any communication, that you have not been selected
Step 5: Realize you have lost not only your time, but also your money, since everything on the market got more expensive by the time you were waiting on JustStay to communicate back.

10/10 experience.
