I have been a loyal Team 7 Furniture…but no longer

I decided to have the product and the problem independently assessed. I then wrote again to Team 7 advising them in detail of the issues and the likely cause of the problem. Team 7 replied and said they regret and wish to resolve any misunderstanding. I have now sent to Team 7 further information on the problem including photographs. Team 7 advises they will now investigate the issue and respond accordingly. I will provide another update once Team 7 provides its response.

Update Comment 3
Within 2 hours of posting my last update on Trust Pilot (see below) noting Team 7 had not replied to me I received an email from the company. The email I sent a week ago was addressed to the CEO, his executive assistance responded. The most interesting aspect with Team 7’s approach to customer support is that in none of their communications including today’s has the company inquired about the problem. They have only stated there can’t be a problem either because their technical data says it's not possible and no one else has brought the issue regarding the product we are not happy with to their attention. Interestingly the product has now been dropped from the company’s range. Team 7 promotes its ethics and sustainability practices as part of the company’s brand. This is the main reason we supported Team 7 for more than a decade across two countries. It's also why we expected to receive empathy and understanding when providing feedback to the company about a product we have a problem with. In my career I created one of the leading B Corp companies in Australia so I have a good knowledge of responsible business practices and how to treat long standing loyal customers who are strong brand advocates. Unfortunately, we are now no longer either of Team 7. After more than a decade of purchasing Team 7 products both in Europe and Australia my wife and I will no longer support the company or its products.

Please note Team 7's response below to my original post. As the company advised me to do I wrote to Team 7 at the address provided addressing my note to the CEO of Team 7. It's now a week and there has been no response.

I have been a loyal Team 7 Furniture customer for over a decade. My whole home is furnished with their products. In recent years the quality of the products has declined. I have recently written to the company to offer them sincere feedback regarding one of their products which we are not satisfied with. The company response was arrogant and lacked empathy. I will not purchase the company's products again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

A terrible experience then resolved

Part 1. (Initial rating 1) I have had a terrible experience with Norton. I subscribed to the promotional offer for Antitrack and no matter what I do it will not load. I have followed every instruction provided to no avail. It is also impossible to contract support for assistance. So my payment has been taken and zero service has been provided. I am a long standing customer but will now look for other providers.
Part 2. Norton has followed up this original review. A consultant called Shweta dealt with the issue and has processed a reimbursement for this product. Shweta was exemplary in the service offered.

Excellent Service

I don't speak Italian and NEXI was able to refer me to a consultant who spoke English. She was outstanding in resolving my issue. Courteous, and understanding. It gives me great confidence dealing with this company.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. It is a scam. The funds were taken from my account for the products I ordered and they were never delivered. There is also no response to my email request for information. I will amend this review only if the company responds to me and resolves the problem.

Questo ha creato qualche problema con l'ordine, ma Lorenzo ci ha fornito un supporto e un servizio eccellenti per garantire la consegna dei prodotti. I use OFX very regularly to transfer money that funds my retirement in Europe. I can't fault the service. It's quick and very reliable which is what I require.

We are constantly disappointed with the quality

We are constantly disappointed with the quality of the organic fruit and vegetables. The produce is packaged in plastic (which is ironic since they charge customers for plastic bags) so it is not possible to check everything for freshness. Then when you open the package you see the problem and throw produce away. It costs double conventional produce and then you throw it away! We have complained before to no avail.

Acquistiamo tappeti LE da molti anni. I prodotti di lana sono buoni. I tappeti in fibra di bambù sono pessimi. Perdono fibre e si appiattiscono anche senza camminarci sopra. Abbiamo contattato l'azienda 3 volte per discutere delle nostre preoccupazioni e non abbiamo mai ricevuto una risposta.

I rely on OFX so please don't let customer service slip

I've used OFX monthly for over two years without any problems. I have noticed though that service levels have slipped a little as the business grows. I rely on the company so I hope management will not skimp on investment in customer service as the business becomes larger.

Beware of the Booking.Com Hack

I am a Genius L3 customer of many years and generally been happy. Yesterday I received a message from Booking.Com on my account. It was for a future booking at the Padam Hotel Paris. The Booking.Com message requested that I update my card details for the booking. All the correct information relating to the booking was contained in the message in the Booking.com website. The link was embedded in Booking.Com's own website so I provided the information as requested. Two hours later the Padam Hotel posted a message on my Booking.Com account saying ‘Don’t Click The Link’. On following up the hotel they advised this was a Phishing Scam. I am now the victim of fraud perpetrated on Booking.Com’s own website. I’m a career banker and know a scam when I see one. As the message was posted on my Booking.Com account it looked very legitimate. I have now had to cancel my card which is a massive inconvenience as I am travelling. The funds have been deducted from my account and I will speak to the Bank after the weekend to see if they can be recovered. If not I am advised by Booking.Com to write them a letter explaining the problem. Booking.Com should be all over this problem since it’s occurred on their own website inside my account but they aren’t. It begs the question does anyone at Booking.Com know what’s going on? I will update this post on how Booking.Com resolve the matter. Two days and not a word from Booking.Com. How is it possible? PLAY SAFE. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM.

I did not have a good experience with Douglas

Douglas failed to deliver the product I purchased. The courier used was DHL who delivers other products to our home without any problem. Douglas were very unresponsive to our constant emails for assistance. They eventually responded and agreed to refund our purchase price.
