I started filling in the questionnaire on line, had a quite , had to ring a number, which I did and spoke to Mohammed who was very perlite and helpful, ending in me taking out a single trip insurance for my son and I.

They notify you at every moment they can to keep you updated if there’s any change. On the day they double check on the morning of the agreed date and time.
Once they arrive it’s on with the job in hand, they professionally get on with it, getting an excellent result in my case, thank you.
