I purchased a Renault Kadjar 01-02-22 after our very friendly and knowledgeable sales person Kosta spent a lot of time with my Wife and I going through various cars available for us from the Northampton store, there was no pressure whatsoever and was not rushed in any way, after deciding the car we preferred was at the Nottingham site, arrangements were made to get the car to Northampton for us to view it, there was a slight problem of the Battery being flat which delayed the viewing a couple of days but a new battery was fitted and we viewed the car, again there was no pressure to buy. we did buy the car and so far are happy with it. I would say the purchase experience is a bit long winded compared to other dealers where you leave the sales person dealing with you to see another person to make the payment then once this is done you are then redirected to a handover centre to go through more details before finally getting your car and leaving.
so to do a final viewing and purchase took 2.5 hrs
we were offered paint protection and various additional insurances which we declined


overall a pleasant experience, and hopefully no future issues with our car.
