Great communication and service

Great communication. Had to exchange for another size and the returns could not be easier. New helmet arrived a few days later, really pleased. Also the range availability and prices are unbeatable. Fully recommend!

Very expensive and very slow delivery. Disappointing

Delivery times are not as stated. P&P was £11.99 for 2.photo frames that I ordered on the Wednesday, which was the last day for guaranteed mothers day delivery, The item did not arrive until 2 April! Will not be using Printerpix again.

Visited Colchester site to view tiles before ordering. Vishal was very helpful and courteous, no pressure sales. Quality was on par with tiled we had seen but the prices are very competitive. Delivery was delayed but Nustone were quick to deal with this and arranged next day delivery. Grab driver was very helpful to get the pallets on to property where we wanted them, tiles packed well and no breakages. We needed a few more tiles later on and Vishal was great ensuring they were from the same batch so they matched the already laid tiles. Picked up from Colchester site, very quick and helpful loading. Overall we are very pleased with the service, reccomend.
