Apparently I was delivered a 3 seater…

Apparently I was delivered a 3 seater sofa and 2 footstools with cushions
That’s all I have been delivered in 3 small boxes 😀
The blanket is missing too
I have been robbed!!!

The chosen 1p items are nothing like the once delivered.
Refund is issued only as a credit. My previous credit vanished anyway.
Avoid at any cost.

Doesn’t deserve any star at all

Doesn’t deserve any star at all. My bed from Wayfair was picked up on the 07.10.2025. The Wayfair tracking says “delayed “, there was also no help from Wayfair.
DHL tracking has no information about my order!!!!!!
My bed disappeared in the thin air!!!!!!!

Will never book with them again

Charged me the whole amount, while followed the procedure to pay in instalments. Charge £49 for cancellation in less than 14 hrs from booking.
Hidden costs not highlighted to their customers. Be aware.
No support on accommodation issues on the previous occasion in Lanzarote.

I'm sorry to hear that you were incorrectly charged the full amount when booking your upcoming holiday with us.

I can see that you've spoken to our dedicated Third Party Flights team, who have offered to refund this back to you minus the deposit amount that would be required to confirm the booking, although it appears this has been declined.

I am also sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the cancellation fee that would be applicable to cancel your holiday. TUI Terms & Conditions will apply for amendment/cancellation along with the separate Terms & Conditions of the individual airline so we would always advise to double check this prior to booking to ensure you're happy to go ahead. I am sorry if you felt that this wasn't clarified prior to booking.

If you would still like the remainder to be refunded, please give us a call on 0203 451 2688 and our third party flights team can arrange this for you.

I forgot my bag with my purse inside. Everything was returned to me, after security check.
Amazingly people working there. Always with a smile on their faces.

Problems with refunds

Please keep on track with split payments. Customer service lies. Every time a different story.
Last year I didn’t receive 2 items I have ordered. I claimed too late, so no one helped me. I don’t order anymore.
You can buy same items in Home Bargains, or Temu much cheaper.

Avoid at any price

Avoid at any cost.I was sent 4g Router, NO SIM, way before I needed it for my new house- that was apparently when I started my contract with EE.
Contacted Customer Support twice- first I was lied I’d receive it within 3 days- that request wasn’t even processed. Complaint placed
On the second occasion I was suggested to go to EE shop to get sim for my router. That has finally worked- staff in a shop was very helpful.
My router doesn’t work as it should in my area and I can’t cancel my contract, as I passed 14 days (not being able to use EE service). Nightmare
