Don´t order from them!!! I ordered my airtrack end of May. After not receiving any goods I got a response from Customer Service that due to a strike (in March!!) there were issues with the warehouse. A few days later they said my order left the warehouse to be shipped to me. I contacted them again a few times end of June as the tracking number stated the transport company has not yet received the parcel from Airtrack Nordic. Since then I only get radio silence from their customer service and of course no phone number to call.
Update: They communicated second week of July that the model I ordered was out of stock yet they suggested me to order a more expensive model instead… but happy I now finally received my refund.

I ordered drinking glass, expecting them to be made of glass. It was not clear on the website that:
a) they are plastic glasses
b) they are not dishwasher safe
Also, no return note is included in the shipment so I first need to write to their customer services to ask for a return note. As I also have to pay for the return shipment cost I just decided to give the glasses away ... :-(
