Prepaid and made the appointment online. Got there early in the afternoon and it's practically empty except the 2 staff to check us in. We had the antigen test and was administered by a technician. The whole process was smooth and took us less than 15 min. We got our negative result within 20 min by email. Very fast and efficient.
