Skurvat the company are good but…

Skurvat the company are good, however, they’re completely let down by db schenker! And to make it worse they refuse to use other companies to deliver parcels. This drives me to use other companies for parts. db schenker is that bad and slow even postnord wins above them!
Once Skruvat realise this the better until then I shall use other places!

My advice is to only buy from Skruvat if you have no other option.

Can’t say I can recommend this company…

Can’t say I can recommend this company based on the speed and quality of their customer service. They did not deliver 4 of the 8 beer glasses and the Custer service has a response time of up to 4 days. Frankly this is not acceptable. Customer service questions the lack of them delivery the items and does not reply quickly to resolve the issue. I feel a dispute with Klarna coming on if I do not get a reply soon.

They have now shipped out the remaining glasses. I do suggest they speed up their customer service drastically! I’m assuming they are putting much on the little team they have! Employ more people to do the job if this is the case. Happy customers are returning customers, I for one will think twice about ordering again.

Look elsewhere

Crap customer service. waiting a week for a reply. constantly selling items THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK!!!!
going to shop elsewhere from now on.

If an item is out of stock you can still pre book it and we will send it as soon as possible.
