Had an amazing experience with Coolblue's customer service for a washing machine subscription. Fast replies, clear communication, and they really go out of their way to provide amazing service. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend :)

My plane departed 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connecting flight. LOT not only booked me a surprisingly nice hotel (yeah, sure, they have to do this by law, but not every European airline books 5 star hotels), but they also were extremely fast & nice about processing my compensation request. Highly satisfied with how they handled everything. Would 10/10 recommend

My package got lost and Zumub took full responsibility, offering me a full refund. The only minor complaint was that, after waiting for a few weeks, I was the one to get in touch with them about the lost package. Would still highly recommend and will definitely reorder in the future.

Extremely poor service. They don’t even bother to send a track & trace link, but they send you an email literally 1 minute before the delivery man drops the package off. Extremely poor communication as well, contacted their customer service once and I had to re-send the same email twice more because they simply did not answer my question. 0/10 stay away

I can't imagine life without Deciem products anymore, they are that good. I've been a fan for years and I'll never stop recommending them. The Deciem website is amazing and I've never had any issues, my 1 star review is ONLY due to the fact that no matter how good the Ordinary is, nothing will ever compare to Hylamide and the Chemistry Brand. I know there are many people who miss the products, I still have my little stash but I'm legit terrified of the day I'll run out. The Ordinary is great but for those of us who want a little more oomph and slightly better active ingredients but can't splurge on all Niod products, these two were a godsend. Also, even for those who can afford the entire Niod line, most discontinued products don't have an equivalent. Please, please, please either bring them back or repackage/rebrand them, those were amazing formulations! Heck I'd even pay double/triple for them, just please bring Hylamide & the Chemistry Brand back! PS: I know the brands were discontinued because sales were low, but have you considered that perhaps that was because they had 0 marketing?

My order was supposed to be delivered the next day after placing it, however after waiting for 3 days for delivery I decided to contact their customer service, who promptly answered my question and scheduled the delivery for that day. 10/10 customer service, but I wouldn't recommend Blokker if you urgently need something, otherwise they are great and I will definitely consider them in the future.

Unable to contact their customer support to get my refund for a trial product which automatically renewed itself. Terrible, will advise everyone I know to stay away!

I've been a customer for over 6 years, placed dozens of orders. Never again!!! I ordered 10 items, sent 2 back, which were worth around 50 GBP. I was refunded a ridiculous 7 GBP!!! I got in touch with customer service twice (whose English is broken to the point that you can barely understand them btw), they didn't do anything to help. I went through their terms and conditions myself, where they have this tiny little disclaimer that if you use their promo codes (which I did, it was something along the lines off "40 GBP off 200 GBP"), you will NOT get the 40 GBP back. That makes one think, if I had returned something worth, say, 20 GBP, would I have owed you money?? Lol absolutely ridiculous. Never ordering from these crooks ever again and warning all my friends about what happened to me. Stay away!

They sell fake products!!! I have ordered Olaplex products many times from authorized resellers, and the packaging looks different. The text and the quality of the paper is different. I wish I checked before opening the bottles... I’m never ordering from these scammers ever again and I’m telling everyone about them, please stay away! 😡
