Good experience thus far.

Ordered the Buhl dryer on a Thursday and received the following Tuesday (from UK to Victoria BC). Product was packaged exceptionally well and operates as per expectations (in line with Steve's Youtube). Should include or at least mention need for plug adapter.

Purchased the sh-3.0 for EP801 based on a helpful exchange with customer service. Delivery was prompt (to Victoria BC). Not installed yet but am looking forward to increased performance.

Timing of offer

Timing of offer, selection and pricing made my decision easy. Would have given 5 stars but the order completion had a hiccup requiring me to try different number and street combinations in 2 fields. Normally the address and street would be in the same field but not in this case. Lesson learned.

Last year I ordered some parts and when…

Last year I ordered some parts and when I opened the damaged parcel from the DHL driver (who was quick to leave beforehand) I noticed missing items. I completed a claim and replacement parts were sent to me which I had to collect at a distant depot as I was not waiting by my door for delivery. It was not enough that I had to make a trip to an unfamiliar industrial area as DHL wanted me to pay the taxes, duty and a service fee again. As none of this was my fault I felt that as it must have been an employee of your parent company, DHL, that pilfered the goods in the first place and I had already paid taxes and fees on the complete order price so I was not going to pay again. After going back and forth with customer service it was agreed that I could be reimbursed for the duplicate charges (that DHL continually sent me email invoices for) on my credit card. I had to press for this remedy and still had to drive out again to the depot. A $20 discount will not be sufficient to win my business back as this whole situation was handled very poorly. Former longtime customer very disappointed and moving on.

It all worked out

Received standard delivery order to Victoria BC in 5 days (after paying on-line fees to DHL which were $10 more than if paid in advance - lesson learned)which was impressive. Unfortunately the shipping envelope had been damaged and re-taped by DHL with items missing (someone enjoying free chains). CRC responded to my notification later that day (Friday) and confirmed replacement items for shipping Monday (after claim form and pictures submitted). If the order was packed better the package might not have been damaged but it is also possible that the act was intentional to steal items. I would have rather avoided this experience but all resolved.
